Deck Installation in South Florida
Composite, hardwood, and rooftop decks built for Florida weather.
What we do — and how we do it.
A well-built deck extends your living space and lifts your home's value. A poorly built one rots, sags, and fails inspection.
We install composite (Trex, TimberTech), tropical hardwood (Ipe, Cumaru), and pressure-treated decks — plus rooftop deck systems for condo and modern home applications.
All framing and hardware is spec'd for coastal conditions: stainless fasteners, marine-grade brackets, proper flashing at the ledger.

Common questions about deck installation.
Don't see yours? Call (732) 853-7771 — we're happy to talk it through.
Composite vs. wood — which should I choose?+
Composite for lowest maintenance and best long-term value. Wood if you want a specific look and are willing to seal it annually.
Do I need a permit for a new deck?+
Almost always in South Florida, especially over 30 inches high or attached to the house. We pull it.
Can you add a deck to a condo balcony?+
Rooftop and balcony decking, yes — subject to HOA approval and structural review.
